"Thanks to modern medical science and hard working professionals like those at CDC, after so long in the darkness, I can enjoy life again. And what could be better than that?"

"I brought my daughter here to have her assessed for ADHD and possibly Autism. She and I spoke with a psychologist assistant for about an hour where my daughter was able to play with toys and fidgets. Then she was alone to be "assessed" with the psych assistant for no more than 30 minutes. All they had her do in those 30 minutes was answer some questionnaires. We waited 12 weeks from the date of our appointment to receive her report. My daughter was neither diagnosed with ADHD (which she clearly has) nor autism. During my follow up with the psych assistant I asked for a ton of clarification. My questions essentially were pertaining to how we gave my daughter a prime situation for someone with ADHD (requiring short tasks, changing tests frequently, giving her fidgets to help her concentrate during the conversation) and also not actually evaluating her. There was a part in the report that stated she uses her body appropriately but the psych assistant didn't have her DO anything that would assess body movement. She only sat in a chair during those 30 minutes. This report of my daughter had been approved by the supervising psychologost. I had her report viewed by another psychologist who was completely appalled. So much so they contacted their malpractice attorney to see if they were obligated to report this place for providing such awful "evaluations". It seems they are doing the bare minimum if that. I also had my daughter reevaluated at Nationwide Children's in Columbus after this all happened. Their psych assistant asked what the point of this so called evaluation at CDC even was.... Nationwide did diagnose her ADHD. This type of testing is so important. Please don't come here for yourself or your children. These people are not interested in gaining accurate results. I'm so disappointed that we waisted time here and then waited 3 months for what turned out to be nothing."

"Each time I have been here the appointments start late with no apparent reason as to why, not 5 or 10 minutes late, but 35-40! It would be helpful if they had public wifi access as well for parents/guardians in the waiting room."

"Several staff members were rude to my child and I during appointments. I had an evaluation done early June and still will not receive results until next week. So over 4 months wait. I called several times to check on the progress amd calls were only returned 3 of the 7 times I called in the 4 month span. I do not recommend this facility for your or your child's care."

"Yes they accept my insurance, only to show up in person and be told no they don't. Called back a week later, yes, they accept my insurance. Called my insurance, yes, they accept my insurance. But they still refused to see me because, in person, they don't accept my insurance. What the actual F? Gaslight much? I didn't call or stop by to have my mind messed with worse! People who need a place like this, need straightforward, honest answers. Oh, and when the funding runs out, you can only get service if you attempt suicide or get arrested. THAT IS NOT HELPFUL! I don't recommend going to anyplace that outright lies and is absolutely, completely and totally crazier than I am. Oh, and be sure to wear sturdy shoes. Lots of used condoms and needles around the building. Also, bring change for the panhandlers or risk your life."
