"This place is lazy and inconsiderate of mental health. Accidentally broke the missing 3 days rule due to sickness and they tried to kick me out, then said to wait 30 days, tried getting an appointment for the meds they proscribed me and they won’t even let me do that, which sucks when you literally need to see the doctor. This place is absolutely the worst place I’ve ever went for therapy. I do not recommend for anyone to go here. I didn’t even get to say goodbye to my therapist. :("

"Don't come here if you have a child with special needs. My son was discharged because I broke the 3 no show "rule". As a single parent, with a disability as well, I'm doing my best. I accept I messed up. But discharging my son who needs the care seems incredibly unethical. Especially considering how difficult it is to get any kind of mental health and psychiatric care for children. They made a "courtesy" appointment without my consent or knowledge during a period where I was very sick with covid. Instead of working with me the clinical director called me prior to my last appointment, obviously upsetting me, and accusing me of gaslighting her when I pointed out that this situation is punishing my son for my mistake and helps no one. Now I don't even feel comfortable going into the office and have to make a telehealth visit for our discharge. This whole situation is absolutely appalling. They couldn't care less about ACTUALLY helping anyone."

"If you are not an addict, I do not recommend seeking treatment at this facility. This location offers general mental health treatment for things like ADHD, OCD, bipolar, depression, anxiety, ect. However they will still treat you like an addict. They should not be offering this care when they have no idea how to manage it or handle it. While my therapist has helped with some of my disabilities the facility itself has trigger many of them. I have had at least 3 panic attacks directly because of the staff at this facility failing to be professional. They do not make you aware of policies that they expect you to follow. They will also try to hold you financially responsible for things you never agreed to. I just received bills in the mail for test and services I had no idea they were doing. If you are only seeking therapy, Melissa is fantastic. I cannot speak for the other therapist but all other aspects of the facility have been very bad and unprofessional in my experience. While I love my therapist I feel so uncomfortable with the rest of the staff I do not think I will continue going there."
