"Quick, friendly service. Patient rooms were clean and spacious. Edit for other comments: A doctor has been there my last two visits. We are newer to the area and I have kids, so I can't always drive to their PCP. Last visit I was in and out in under an hour!"
"I'd give it zero stars if possible. Sat in the waiting room for over 30 minutes, handed over 2 government insurance cards. They still wanted a credit card on file which I wouldn't do. So I had to take my daughter elsewhere who is absolutely miserable. They refused to see her just because I wouldn't add a credit card. But you bet the lady with cares ounce that checked in after us was seen."
"Registered online, text confirmation says walk in at your convenience so I went to the office. I signed in and theres a QR code to notify the staff you arrived. The receptionist (who looked a mess) came to the front while someone in the back was cursing loudly in the back. The receptionist said they have no doctors or nurses so I couldn't get the medication for a chest infection I went in for. Literally there is no point to this so called urgent care. Considering it supposedly newly opened its dirty inside too. This is the most unprofessional, gross, pointless "urgent care" I've ever been to."
