"I started seeing Dr Eppley... My medication was sent to Cincinnati when I live in Dayton.. I then got NP Jodi. Things were okay until my Degenerate Disk Disease flared and I needed to see my Dr at Kettering Spine Center. I had to go back to Sycamore Primary Care to get the referral back. NP Jodi had no idea I had been dealing with this issue since 2012. Assistant director HEATHER contacted me upset that Jodi told her I had to see my ex doctors... Needless to say I am happily back with my MD... Stay Away from these people if you have serious medical issues..."

"I have been a patient a long time dr.c and dr.messer were awesome but they both passed away now I have an awesome doctor named dr.douglas ekley he is so sweet and understanding.and Thomas is my favorite nurse."

"I was with them for eight years and after one doctor retired and another one passed away. They’ve been giving me Physicians or PAs that are not even qualified. They have been putting incorrect information in my chart and when I complain about it, they get hostile the staff the office manager, and a lady by the name of Heather had me so upset because I questioned them about my health and the incorrect information that’s in my chart so I asked them to give me a provider that is qualified and will not put wrong information in my chart and then go back in and try to change what another doctor put in there they are horrible they treat people like their not even human I cannot believe the experience I had six years of it was absolutely amazing. I got with them in 2014 when I had my respiratory failure the last couple of years they just hire anybody that doesn’t even know what they’re doing they put in your chart whatever they feel like putting in there just to get the job done the quality of care I received from them was horrible !"

"I have been a patient with VPA since 2014. My physicians were all great over the years and listened to me and worked together to form a comprehensive treatment plan for my medical needs. The only thing I am worried about now is they are having a hard time hiring DOs and MDs. All they have on staff in my area right now are Nurse Practitioners which are fine but I do feel comfortable with seeing a MD as my primary care doctor. My last doctor I had for 3 years suddenly passed away and I miss his care very much. He was a wonderful doctor. I hope they are able to get medical doctors in my area soon that are making the house calls."

"These doctors are not professional especially Cindy Smith. She was very negligent and said if we don't like it to get our own PhD and study to be a doctor. My mom is even more sick due to doctor being negligent. Then a Dr Imber was negligent. Talking over us and ignoring emergency medical. They are so negligent that my Mom had to keep taking ambulance to ER for emergencies. Bc docs at visiting physicians did nothing. So glad we aren't with them. Lol they only have a couple of stars that's how bad they are. Bryan is over the whole thing but good luck finding his number. Tara is so hateful she's the office boss and Bryan needs to know about all this. Hoping he reads this. Tara even said no one looks at the reviews bc they don't care?? Wow!"
