"I was seen yesterday for sore throat and sinus issues that have been going on for a few weeks. The front desk staff and medical assistant were both friendly and efficient. Dr. Molokwu was very pleasant, examined me, ran a strep test, and sent me on my way to go pick up prescriptions. I was seen on time and was treated as a valued customer from start to finish. I would recommend this practice if you need an urgent care visit here in Xenia! I was very happy with my experience!"
"The nurse practitioner was very good. I was a little disappointed that most of my appointment was done from the lobby. It did make me wonder about privacy also when several people came up to the window before my name and why I was there was scratched off. I had to pee in a cup in the bathroom lobby and walk it over to the window in front of everyone. Just not what I'm used to."
"Staff was professional, yet very personable. Received efficient and thorough care from PA and X-ray personnel. Definitely would recommend! Just know that the X-ray is only open from about 8:30-4 every day, and the day I was there the technician didn’t arrive until almost 11."

"This was my first visit to any urgent care center. I was checked in within about 15 minutes of arriving. The receptionist was kind and helpful as I was unsure exactly how to respond to a couple of the questions. She explained their policy. She wasn’t sure they would be able to meet my need, however, she checked with the doctor for direction. The doctor agreed to see me and was able to address my health care need in the interim as I am waiting for an appointment with my primary doctor. Dr Molokwu was kind and nonchalant (“okay, this is what you need, no problem, anything else?”) His demeanour was appreciated. His calm was calming to me. The nurse who checked my vitals was very good at explaining everything without being asked for information. I was in and out within an hour. I very much appreciate the experience."
