"I have been denied birth control multiple times and given wrong date to come back when they were giving it to me. Will not be coming back here. (Yes I reported it and nothing was done Despite being told it would be handled) it was the depo shot"

"This place is a scam. Billed me for a 30-49 minute visit and I was only in there for 15 minutes. Then had to wait over an hour for a prescription."

"They told me I could come in for a physical and when i came in they wouldn’t fill out my form or give me a physical because they don’t accept my vaccines as immunizations."

"Took my son here because he had a runny nose and was very foggy brained. They gave him Flonase and never did a covid test. He ended up being covid positive and gave it to the rest of the family. Don't waste your time and money going here."

"Wait is short and service is quick if you book appointment online. That being said, reaching the healthcare workers at the clinic with questions after a visit is nearly impossible and can take up to 24 hours. All calls and questions are directed to a call center that then forwards questions to the NP/LPN that is working at the clinic at that time. Minute clinic is good for a sore throat or minor illness but is not a good substitute for a primary care provider."
