"My daughter had ear pain and needed a medical opinion. This doctor or nurse practitioner was fantastic!!! He took the time to really explain with pictures what was going on with my daughter’s ears. He also talked to my daughter and gave her the focus she deserved. We wish he could be her doc all the time!"
"Everyone in the office was kind and friendly. We were seen quickly, and the doctor clearly explained the treatment plan. I would definitely come here again for any urgent care needs. We were able to do a walk-in visit but you should make an online appointment if possible as those take priority."
"I loved that we could see the wait time online before going and it was accurate. All the staff was friendly but especially the PA on duty, who was fun and friendly with my middle school aged kid who was sick. The place was clean and had late hours. Definitely would go back- hopefully won't have to!"
"I scheduled an online appointment the night before for a noon appointment which was very simple. Arrived 15 minutes early and waited 5 minutes in the waiting area while my insurance card was being processed. I was taken directly back by a staff member who asked why I had come in, had taken my vitals and did my nasal swabs within 10 minutes! The PA was in shortly after and did a through exam and detailed questions. I then waited only a few minutes before my X-ray was completed and within a short time, my X-ray results were printed and my discharge paperwork was given to me with all medications and diagnosis on them. Was in-and-out within an hour or so. Excellent and efficient care! Also to be noted, a very clean and updated facility!"
"First time I used urgent care. It was very convenient. The physician was outstanding. So was the nurse. I’d recommend to anyone. And I’d go again if I can’t get into my primary doctor because of the covid test requirement. I had two negatives and they said no way. So thank you!"
