"I Like Dr. Feldman... I do not like the front desk staff at all... I'll be looking for a new Doctor. Plain and simple. 02/20/2024 Update: (Clearly I spent the block and came back to the practice) I called to request my medical records 02/14/2024 for her IEP meeting on 02/20/2024. I spoke with the with the rep non-Hispanic one and asked for the medical records. I was told by the rep that I would have to wait 30 days because it has to go through different channels! After that I told the rep that I would be requesting all medical records and removing my children from the practice cause I have never heard of such a thing. Now here we are I have a 4th grader struggling in her academics and no doctor docs... After I called today they became ready after I said I was filing a complaint. As I told the nice Hispanic lady they should have been ready to go Friday of last week. Now the IEP meeting is over and my child couldn't be properly accommodated since I didn't have the paperwork. Upset is not even the word...."

"I have had good and bad experiences here. I would have to say that the bad outweighs the good for sure. I had to change my doctor due to the judgemental attitude she had towards me."

"I've been going to the dental side for years, but recently started bringing my kids. My toddler boy has an appointment, and they also squeezed my toddler girl in as well. The dentist was absolutely amazing, so gentle and polite, her assistant was awesome too, the receptionist was a god sent so helpful. They made it a wonderful experience!!! Would give more than 5 stars if it was an option!! This place has improved so much over the years. Edit this as my normal provider has retired I now see Dr. Smith and I have to say he is awesome. He is kind and listens, and I love Monica the nurse she has always been a joy!"

"Called multiple times just to get someone and was transferred multiple times as well. The receptionist don’t sound welcoming nor do they try to hide their tone. Reviews look god awful and the ones that are 5 stars are likely fakes. Like, who willingly drives 50+ miles to see the dentist. If it’s an emergency you would want them to be close. “DAD MY TEETH ALL FELL OUT! HOLD ON SON, WE’LL BE THERE IN ANOTHER HOUR.” Anyways, see ya"
