"I had to take 2 of my children in when their doctors office was overbooked, both within a 3 week time period. We were checked in quickly both times by a very helpful nurse. Same woman saw both my children and she made them both feel welcome and comfortable enough to answer questions, which they don't usually do without lots of pushing. One ended up with an upper respiratory infection and the other with the dreaded flu. She was so kind and thoughtful throughout both exams and explained the best ways to help find quick relief in both cases. Along with meds and med usage. If needed, I would definitely visit this little clinic again."

"Nurse practitioner was less than interested in actually treating my condition. I complained of sinus issues and throat pain. I was tested for flu, made to wear a mask, and was told I had a cold. Never even looked in my throat, barely glanced in my ears. She prescribed steroids, despite my request for an alternative option, and I had to seek alternate medical attention for the side effects. I'll never be back to this location."

"I’ve always had a positive experience with me and my daughter. We had a new NP in the past two weeks who acted like we were an inconvenience and who actually said something to me about switching pharmacies because now she had to send my meds to a new place?!?!? I haven’t switched pharmacies in years. I was told I had a cold. Ended up in the ER last night with an infection, flu like virus, and bronchitis. The NP misdiagnosed me. And the fuss about pharmacies, she didn’t even send anything in. Glad I went to the ER. I could barely breathe and was given breathing treatments, a Z pack, and cough suppressants. I will never be back to the little clinic again. I would give a zero if I could."

"I went to Middletown Little Clinic, my prescriptions were sent electronically to my pharmacy. When I stopped by the pharmacy not my scripts went threw. I called back to the Little Clinic. Even though there was only one person working, she sent my scripts through again, and later called the pharmacy to ensure I got all my prescriptions. Thank you for the excellent service!"

"I have always had a great experience for myself and my children here. Took my son for possible Strep sat for a good 30 minutes before they even acknowledged us and the lady at the front was very rude. Claimed she couldn't get my son's insurance to go through?? I told her there was no way. Took him somewhere else and they had no problem with his insurance. She clearly had no idea what she was doing. Not a great experience driving a sick child around."
