"Several awful experiences. Typically have a difficult time with iron infusions through port or IV. 1st time using port, the port equipment pack was dropped on the floor, picked up and used without cleaning! Most recent infusion, Curtis hooked up the port, without saline, benadryl and tylenol, despite it being a standing order from the doctor. Then he walked away for 40 minutes. Said he had phone calls to make. Told to keep benadryl and tylenol in pocket in case of reaction. Bad reaction started immediately with no one to ask for help. Been in pain for 2 days since due to the bad reaction that could have been mitigated by following doctor's orders and infusing saline, benadryl and tylenol. We're looking for another place for infusions. There are good people there who care, like Rick and Deena, but it's not worth taking the risk and getting an incompetent and uncaring tech."

"My dad was here for two iron infusion sessions. The staff here is the most amazing and caring staff I've ever encountered. The team is constantly checking on you, offering warm blankets, snacks, caring and kindness. They remember their patients' names from previous visits and seem to genuinely care about people. I'm really impressed."
