"I just want to say this place is amazing the staff is so nice welcomes you like family. I went to Synergy medical for my neck I couldn't move it after my initial visit they relined me and it got significantly better. They then started seeing my son for sever constipation that doctors kept pushing and pushing meds and nothing was working we did this for 6 year and NOTHING helped. we started coming to Synergy medical and with in a week it started to clear out I can not thank synergy enough for all they have done. We are going to be bring the rest of our kids in."

"One day I woke up with excruciating pain in my knee and could barely get out of bed not to mention walking. After waiting a couple of days for the pain to subside, I decided to contact Synergy Medical even though I feared what they would find wrong with my knee. X-rays provided a view that my left knee was bone on bone and my right knee was not too far behind. I had already had one knee surgery that took a long time to recover, and I was never able to play competitive tennis again, so I was open to all ideas to relieve pain and get back to being active. The doctors and team of health care professionals at Synergy Medical developed a personalized care plan so I could walk without pain and be active again with cycling, kayaking, walking long distances, and golfing. Through Plasma Rich Platelets, PRP, physical therapy, and following the care plan the health care team developed, I did not miss a day of work and slowly began returning to my normal active lifestyle. I even liked going to physical therapy twice a week because I felt welcomed, challenged, and felt like they truly cared. I was not a number. My advice to anyone with pain, is to talk with health care professionals, surgery or knee replacement in my case, is not the only answer. Another key to success is to follow your care plan that was developed for you and develop a relationship of communication and trust with your health care providers. "I was in a crash and when I went in to get help I had the most horrible experience, the nurses seemed to not care about my health or why I was there to the point where they blamed me for not having my “monthly checkup” when I never knew they did that in the first place because I was never informed so for months I continued to get the same exercises that did nothing to help with my back pain, when I would sit in the room older men would come in and sit in places to watch me do my daily exercises which made me super uncomfortable to the point I needed to start covering myself with a blanket while doing my stretches, when I would be working my full time job they didn’t try to schedule around my work hours so when I accidentally missed an appointment they would charge me money, when I attempted to cancel my appointments. I felt like I wasn’t getting the help I needed so I talked to one of the female doctors (she was extremely sweet and kind ) and she agreed and said if I feel like I’m better and can go then I may go but they continued to contact me and try to convince me that my back was worse then I thought and that I need to come in “urgently” to get my back checked. I personally feel that these employees did not care for my pain or for why I was there , I was just another check for them and yes I do not except people to stop and drop everything just to help me but I feel that there behavior is uncalled for and unprofessional. If you’re considering this chiropractor I would suggest to have a second look at these reviews and see if this would be the place for you because obviously it wasn’t for me"
