"I had heard a lot of good things about Dr.Medina so when I got pregnant decided with this facility/hospital. Did not disappoint! Listened to my concerns, informed me throughout my pregnancy, answered all the questions I had! I wanted an induction a week before my due date, Jennifer informed me all the risks and even told me my body wasn't ready and she was correct! Wish I wouldn't have tried it. A day after my actual due date I had delivered my son! Dr.Medina and Nurse/Midwife Jennifer helped to deliver him ! I had the best nurses while there. Nurse Kim was very very helpful she actually helped me to get my son to latch on and took time out of her night to teach me how to breastfeed the correct way and all the different positions and she helped to teach me how to give him a bath before his umbilical falls off. She was very understanding too! When I decide to have another baby I will definitely be going back!"

"I have always had the very best experience with Debra Moore. I followed her here from Marion, and seeing her is always worth the drive. Deb is amazing and so caring. Answers any questions I have and just puts me at ease, and makes me feel extremely comfortable. Thank you Deb you are truly amazing!! I can always get an appointment quickly, and the staff has always been very polite."

"My daughter saw Jen Hermiller CNM. She was very thoughtful and informative of my daughters options. We needed something to help lighten her cycles and make them more predictable. I have several family members switch to this office and are very happy with their care. Staff go above and beyond to help coordinate, educate and give options for women."

"Avoid Medina at all costs! My son is 7months and I had a very traumatic birth experience. Medina was the most insensitive, callous and uncaring Doctor I have ever had to deal with. She is CSection happy and if you want to try natural, she will through a fit. She didn’t talk to me during my pregnancy, so there was no rapport at all. The midwives are decent but mine didn’t show up to my labor at all… so they are not dependable. I didn’t hear from her until days later! I ended up going to the Nurse manager and explaining that happened because I was traumatized. If you want to hear my full story, I will gladly tell it if you want details, but PLEASE do not go here if you can help it. Edited: I wish I could give 0 stars"

"I would never in my life recommend this place to anyone. I came to see Dr. Medina to have my iud checked because I had to have it replaced from previous complications and increased bleeding. First red flag was I was not given a sterile container to pee in, I was instead given a 2oz plastic cup with no lid with my name written on it in sharpie. During the exam Dr Medina told me she could not see or feel the strings for my iud so she had me go in another room for an ultrasound, I had to get undressed in that rooms bathroom and walk to the table with no pants in front of the untrasound tech. After 20minutes or so I was sent back to the room to wait for Dr. Medina, I was then informed my iud was crooked and twisted. She asked me if I was planning on having any more kids anytime soon and I answered no. She then suggested I get my tubes tied. She didn’t recommend any other form of contraception or even recommend that my husband have a vasectomy. When I asked if my iud needed to be removed because it was out of place she told me no, that it could wait until she tied my tubes. The whole situation just seemed really off to me, so I went home and checked to see if I could feel my iud string. I could so I instantly made an appointment with my previous obgyn (who is 2 hours away) to have them double check everything. When I went in my strings were exactly the length they were described to be in my paperwork and the untrasound they ordered proved my iud to be in the correct place and my increased bleeding is due to a polyp I have on my cervix. I will be contacting the ohio board of gynecology and filing a formal complaint as this is completely unacceptable and I cannot imagine how many other people she has done this to."
