"Overall, the same quality card I've learned to expect from Doctor Safadi. I met him, working under Doctor Winder of Sylvania, OH. I get medication through this office directly. They pushed back my appointment because the person that brings meds from the main office to here, didn't grab it."
"We have went to this office for 2 years. Before we started our allergy shots we asked the cost and they told us our insurance would cover it. Two years into the shot process we started getting bills. I tried to contact their billing office SEVERAL times both through telephone and email and got 1 call back. The one girl I did talk to told me that my insurance was never checked and it changed which is a lie our insurance is through the union and is contracted for four years at a time. Needless to say if you go here be prepared to get a bill 2 years later for a high amount. After we stopped going they continued to send a bill and the amount keeps going up even though we have made payments and stopped going."
