"I am very impressed with the staff. Calling to make A first time appointment, I could hear the smile on the receptionist face. I had actually found a frame online that I liked. The receptionist checked for its availability and informed me that they did not carry that particular frame however, she could order it for me and have it there at my visit. I was delighted to know that was even a possibility. The office had a wide variety and selection of frames that gave you an opportunity to compare different styles. Each of the staff was very friendly and helpful. My overall experience with this eye doctor and his staff was a very pleasant one. They have my recommendation."

"Disgusting behavior. I have been going there for a couple years. Doctor I had always treated me very well. I was very excited I had found a new place that I liked. Since I had to leave my old care provider. They no longer took my insurance. I did write a review but unfortunately it was took long. So I took to social media with full story. So I will sum this up the best way I can to help anyone else. My glasses broke before a year within having them. I was told my lenses and frames were not a good match. That was because my lenses are very thick. My frames were on the bigger side. The office told me I would have to pay out of pocket. Insurance told me I am aloud a repair or new frame of my choice because it could happen again with the same frames. I was told that does not matter by the office. I was told I would get a call back. That never happened. I was told they had no smaller frames. I was told not to call back insurance. I was told they don't take that part of insurance because they never get paid for it. I was told everything under the sun for TWO days. Back and forth between the office and insurance. The office wouldn't pre authorize to my insurance. Just because they didn't want too. And once they agreed to give me a new frame. It would be the same frame that broke. I ended up agreeing to a frame that I had gotten 3 years ago because they were a smaller set. IT ONLY TOOK THE 30 MINUTES TO ORDER MY GLASSES. Then when my frames were ready. I was treated very distasteful once I told them who I was. To the point they didn't even fit my glasses. I've never had a office not fit my glasses in 22 years I've been wearing them. I highly recommend anywhere else."
