"The office staff has been great to us. The reason I am rating them 2 stars is only because I felt tossed around as a patient. I was on a wait list to see Karr because he was recommended to me. During my pregnancy, I would sometimes see Karr and other times Bembry. I was unaware that Bembry would be my doctor during delivery not my chosen doctor. It always seemed Karr was on vacation. Bembry took amazing care of me during my delivery. I highly recommend him!! I am disappointed that I wasn’t given a heads up that Karr wouldn’t be around. I had questions before delivery for Karr and never had those answered because he was out and didn’t know that things would happen the way they did. I do wish that I was asked about my plan for delivery and had that respected. Also when I made my follow up appointment after delivery, it would have been nice to have been treated like I truly mattered as a patient. There was no congratulations or anything. Every patient should feel like they mattered and not just a paying customer. I did have a healthy baby and great care at the hospital and that is what truly matters!!"
