"I have been treated at this practice many times over the years. Minimal wait time, professional and personal greeting and treatment. Nicole Omey is terrific! Very responsive to all questions, both in person and online. I would highly recommend this practice!"

"I have been going to this practice for many years. Currently see Dr. Jones. He is very caring, correctly diagnosed an issue missed by 2 other medical pros. Would recommend to anyone."

"Started with Dr. Mark. At that time, practice policies were made known to me before the appointment. About 2020, more confusion and not letting patient know beforehand policies changed. I went 3 months with just steroids for really bad low back pain which turned out to be a broken sacrum. Turns out gotta have 3 months of bad pain before studies are done. Dr. Moore and 2 other providers left. After many months I called to see if Dr. Jones was accepting new patients and was given an appointment. On the appointment day at the appointment, I was told Dr. Jones was not going to see me. I had 4 pills left of a steroid that I can't stop taking immediately because of risk of effects so bad I'd wind up in the hospital. The providers wouldn't even give me a few pils til I could find someone who would prescribe it This office had 3 months to call me to let me know Dr. Jones couldn't se me because of change in office policies. No matter how good the providers might be at this office, the policies are not told to the patients beforehand and the policies are now so restrictive that their practice is not helpful at all."

"Not that Bruce Hillard was the best doctor ever, but he was ok, and the office ran ok. For twenty years, I self diagnosed and Dr. Hillard happily agreed and wrote referrals or prescriptions. As a team, we made one decent clinician. Now... subsequent to his departure, the office is rude, impatient and unhelpful. Looking for new PCP rather being assigned to a DO in this circus of a practice. So disappointed. Update: Had Dr. Moore for one visit. He didn't listen and charted my fhx wrong. By appointment two he had fled. This practice is a shadow of what it once was with Ricker, DeLapp, et all. You know... actual MDs."
