"I rather not give any stars… unprofessional, no customer service and utterly disappointing experience. I never usually write bad reviews but want happened yesterday on Father’s Day was completely unacceptable. I called in the morning to confirm they are open and asked how I can order, I wanted to order a meal for my mom and dad for Father’s Day. They confirmed they are open and that they will be cooking fresh meal. I scheduled the delivery for 6:30, Uber eats went to pickup and was waiting for 45 min and no food or no communication. I called the driver and they had me talk to someone in the kitchen and the person bluntly informed me they are closed. Did not bother to call me or Uber eats. I had told my mom that I will be surprising my dad and I was so disappointed that could not do this. This ghost kitchen should not be in business and all delivery media should blacklist them it reflect bad in Uber Eats, DoorDash and others."

"Worse food ever I eat. Ordered Rajbhog Special Thali and look at this picture what I get. It looks like a frozen food warmed up , packed and gave. There wasn’t a roti in it actually it was a bhakhri. I also bought motichoor ladoo and it taste horrible. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone."

"I understand that in restaurant business you want to make money but the first goal should be to provide fresh food. We ordered special thali and Punjabi thali, what a pathetic food…. most of items were “basi” and we ended up making food at home. Why don’t people understand that for long sustainable business you need to focus on quality and not the short term cheap profit gains."

"They have a unique setup which is great for quick pickup of food, my wife fasts and it was great to see that they offer farali food along with delicious thali that they are famous, we met the owners while waiting in the parking lot and figuring out how to order really nice people. We tried farali thali and rajbhog thali both were equally good. I wish them good luck and hope they open several other branches accross columbus suburbs"

"Was really excited to try this new restaurant. And as I was browsing through the menu...I saw ...this fasting thali....which I has never seen in any Columbus restaurant...ever...over the last 20 plus years....so my choice was obvious. Tasted really good...sabudana was just the right amount cooked which can be tricky. Loved the appetizers and vegetable side and the sweets were yummmm. Definitely give it a try. They operate a ghost kitchen and are available for pickup or delivery."
