"Ordered 2 items online. I got an email saying one was cancelled due to being out of stock. I was refunded for that amount, but shipping costs were not adjusted. I emailed several times asking if the shipping was still the same as it would have been for 2 items and didn't get a response. They sent it anyway. I would have cancelled if I had know I would end up paying so much for shipping for only half of what I wanted. Don't expect email responses. Would not recommend mail order from them."

"Paul could not have been more helpful when I was buying an electronic drum set. Took his time, walked me around, showed me differences in sticks, amps, thrones, etc. Ended up with a very fair, if not great, deal. Furthermore, Yamaha is not allowing me to register the product for some reason so I called Paul, he wrote down all the serial numbers I could find, and is calling Yamaha for me to get things squared away. THAT is service!! Will be returning to spend some time with Paul, as he helps me pick out a nice acoustic guitar. He stopped me from making a quick guitar purchase when I was buying the drums so I would make a smart decision, not an impulse one. "Like any instrument, there are different sizes, different uses, etc. Let's take the time to find the right one for YOU and not just spend money." I'm paraphrasing but that is an example of how I wish more businesses acted, in the best interest of the customer and not only the bottom line. I will shop nowhere else for my music needs after this experience."
