"If I could rate this facility as a 0 I would. My brother suffered Lewey body dementia. He was there to sort out medications to make sure medications he was taking were not making his condition worse. An Extremely limited visiting schedule and exposure to someone in the facility to Covid closed visiting entirely. (In oct 2023!) In spite of that we were getting daily reviews that he was progressing. When the social worker face timed me I clearly could see we were not getting the right information. He was in such terrible shape I just broke down crying! On that day he was transferred to a regular hospital where he died 1 1/2 days later! He was eating, drinking walking and talking 2.5 weeks prior to the day he died and had no illness that would lead to imminent death! The worse and most traumatic experience of my life and I hate to imagine what his experience was!"
