"My child was put on a medication and it’s taking days to get a response from their nurses. The medication is on backorder, but I made sure to find a place that could fill it. He’s now going days without. This is not acceptable when the medication can have side effects."

"Two stars is only because I had the best case manager I’ve ever had! I knew she really cared about seeing her clients get their needs met and succeed. Then 2 months in they let her go(is what I heard from other staff). I also heard she didn’t receive proper training but was expected to be perfect at the job like someone who had been trained well, or there for years. Ridiculous upper management standards for someone doing their best! Can you tell I’m still upset? It’s a shame they would do that to such an amazing, hardworking, caring person. Those type of genuinely real people are hard to find these days. I know wherever she went she is changing lives. She changed mine! If you read this, thank you from the bottom of my heart! They didn’t deserve you anyway!"

"Shirley Vogelsong has been very helpful to my family and myself. I now receive many benefits which I didn't have before! I don't know what I would have done without Shirley's help."

"Most of staff is amazing but getting in contact with them is nearly impossible as their systems seem broken half the time and waiting for a phonecall getting returned is atrocious. Especially for a mental health behavioral clinic not to have a working voicemail system. Wouldnt recommended unless ur very patient but then again I cant find a different place with such professional staff (most of the time) so its up to you. I just hope they improve the way patients can communicate to their psychiatrists and such. (Adjusted to a 1 star due to me having to fix my own med problems and having to go back and forth between harbor and them not being able to answer my calls fast enough to calling CVS and them telling me that its not their fault. This isnt the first time this has happened. Now I have to wait another 2 weeks to get my meds fixed)"

"This is an amazing place for good mental health that leads you to have a sound mind, stability, peace, and a sense of well-being! Christine Miller NP certified in psychiatric mental health is the best! She is easy to talk to, laid back, listens to you, and very knowledgeable and helpful! The nurses are always happy and professional, well as the front desk ladies! If you need help getting your mental health healthy again and back on track with anything going on in your life that's causing depression, grieve, sadness, anxiety, and addiction for any age group this is the place to be! Having several locations, they offer a plethora of services such as counseling, individual and group therapy, outpatient help with addiction using MAT, and many other services listed on each of the location's websites!"
