"Went in about a year ago per my doctor's orders and was "matched" with a heavy set, older blonde woman named Linda. Her whole demeanor was dismissive to my needs and she told me my doctor was wrong and I didn't need to be there. (Funny, considering I have cervical damage as well as thoracic impingement syndrome.) She then proceeded to not talk to me about how to resolve the issue, but brought only up how expensive that place was and how it was going to cost me x amount each week. (Bold considering she knew NOTHING of my financial status...) Needless to say, I refused to go back after the way she treated me and how she was dismissive towards my medical team. Seems like Physical Therapist ASSISTANT Linda needs to relearn what her role is in the medical field or leave entirely if she is going to be dismissive and not adhere to doctor recommendations/patient needs."

"I have never met someone as brilliant as Art Squires, who so deeply understands the innerworkings of the musculoskeletal system. He is a true modern-day healer. He was able to quickly assess and diagnose issues going on in my body causing pain and dysfunction. Through his adjustments, my hips released from positions they were stuck in, my leg length began to match again, and the inflammation in the lower left side of my back has relaxed. His knowledge of osteopathy medicine is more profound than anyone I have ever met. He truly has a gift. I am grateful to have crossed Art’s path and it is with utmost respect and admiration that I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you for helping me heal from 5 years of chronic pain - you truly helped restore my health and happiness."

"Let me start by saying that I don’t have an issue with any of the therapists I worked with; they’ve been great. However, I don’t appreciate scheduling appointments with someone and then having it get changed to someone else with no warning. Multiple times I’ve come in thinking I was working with my original therapist finally after working with the PTAs for several weeks, and I’ve been switched, even though my therapist was there! No explanation, no call to let me know, nothing. I haven’t minded working with the PTAs, I get it, it’s a busy place, but it’s important to work with the original PT sometimes to make sure the treatment plan is still working and to evaluate progress. That’s hard to do when you work with four different people. Again, nothing against the PTs or PTAs, but this seems like quite the oversight to allow appointments to be changed without informing the patient. My PT didn’t even know they had been changed until I said something, so I don’t know who is making these decisions about switching schedules around."

"I just recently finished PT at Wildwood and I am extremely happy with my treatment. My first experience was a positive one. My “team” of Chris , Adam and Lindsay was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. Just a nice group of people who really want to help people feel better! Thank you and I will definitely recommend."
