"I really feel like ortho has let me down. I felt attacked verbally on today by the PT her name was Deb bc she misunderstood my concern that was relayed about one exercise she was very rude and unprofessional almost like bullying bc I shared irregardless to her confusion she should have never spoke to me the way she did . As a patient I have every right to advocate if exercise is working against me. I never want her assistance again that was unacceptable. I hope patient care respond because there is a lot more to this story."

"I love this office of Dr.'s. Dr. Fenton did surgery on both my elbows, and they are in great condition. Dr. Reagan is awesome as well. I always recommend anyone that needs an Orthopedic Dr. to this office."

"The History: My son, husband and I have been treated over the last 20+ years by Drs. Frogameni, Biyani, Fenton and Ragen. We've had surgeries performed by all but Dr. Ragan. This review will include only these doctors as well as the office. The front office: The front office is efficient. This is a very busy practice with a lot of doctors and PA's, so if the office staff presents as brusque occasionally, it's understandable. It's not unusual to wait several weeks for an appointment, but if you truly need immediate attention you will be scheduled as quickly as possible. The waiting area is kept noticeably more clean with regard to Covid than any other medical office I have been in. The back office: You will, of course, come in contact with nurses, x-ray technicians, physician assistants and more. We have found that not only are they always helpful and compassionate, they can answer many of your questions. Don't underestimate the great addition to your care these good people can and will provide. They may very well be the unsung heroes of the practice. The doctors: There is a reason this is a very busy practice. These doctors are an amazing combination of highly educated, experienced and compassionate. Instead of coasting on the stellar reputation they have built over the years, they keep up-to-date on the latest and greatest treatments and are not hesitant to recommend them when appropriate. What I personally find supremely valuable is that they all listen carefully, look you in the eye and tell you the truth. It's clear that they want you to have an active part in your treatment. They only recommend surgery when it's clear that conservative measures won't work, and this conclusion is arrived at for many different reasons. I trust each and every one of them because of this. They seem to each have their sub-specialty and it's not unusual for the patient to be referred over to the surgeon who is the most well-versed in your particular issue. At one time, my husband was even referred to a surgeon in another practice. We feel that we could not be in better, more competent hands. Collectively, we have been treated for knee, hip, elbow, clavicle and spine issues. We've had a total of six surgeries. All results were good, if not downright great. My final word: One could say my husband, son and I were lucky. I believe that luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity, which I feel is what happens in this office all day, every day. If you have these good doctors treat you, consider yourself lucky."
