"Been leaving messages and also talked to a teal person. My fiance was discharged from in home physical therapy because he had a ramp installed. All they have to do is send a referral to a physical therapy agency in town. Two weeks. NOTHING! I will be filing a complaint with state of Ohio AND Michigan...."

"Very unprofessional I’ve always had to wait 45 minutes to an hour to be seen after my scheduled appointment time with Dr. Heather roars. Dr. Heather roar speaks over you it’s hard to talk to her about your health concerns because she does not listen to your actual problems and repeatedly will referral you out to many different specialists. Every single visit I have been rushed, spoked over and I have not been able to notify the doctor of all of my health concerns and last but not least On my last appointment I requested results from labs and my personal health information we spoken on outside of the actual doctors office. I was told that the lab results were from months ago I asked a second time for the results once again Dr. Heather roars got frustrated put her right hand on her head and told me we will talk about this on your next appointment in a few months, went back into her office and slammed the door in an aggressive manner .Dr. Heather roars is very very loud to the point to where you can hear her conversation with other patients as well as when you are being seen yourself. There is no sense of privacy and the professionalism is very unprofessional I would not recommend this to anyone who have serious health concerns looking for answers."
