"Been trying to get in for three days now and had the worst experience of my life. I even called ahead. I'm in crisis and don't even have my meds which they were aware of on the phone. After I was able to get in they denied me services due to being full capacity even though I'd called and confirmed ahead and they'd known the situation. They have since also denied me services, denied help to get food and when my daughter was over. And lost my voucher for my lawyer which is three days away and are doing nothing to help alleviating the situation THEY CREATED"

"Was having a mental health crisis due to PTSD. I am very thankful there is a psychiatric urgent care at the Ashland location. Dr. Snyder was amazing and so understanding. Very happy I can start on a road to getting through everything in a more stable way, just needed some help to get started! Would recommend if you have a long wait to get into a doctor for medication. They also set you up with a psychiatrist to manage the meds going forward if you dont already have one. So helpful. ♥️ really grateful this care exists."

"great staff. Highly recommend zeph if you're looking for mental health help or have drug abuse issues. Or any addiction problems. They have so many classes to take to keep you busy. IOP ,OP , therapy, case management, art, yoga, crochet classes .ECT; if you're even thinking about just checking a place out for any of those issues I highly recommend here. I've never felt cared for and specifically to me and my issues then I have with my counselor there. She's beyond amazing, she goes out of her way to do anything she can do to help me out, whatever that entails.(calling scheduling appointments with me, getting me set up with JFS to get my benefits turned on,listening to anything i have to say without judgement) i can completely tell her anything an feel comfortable❤️ esp. with all the places ive ben prior, never have I felt so positive about talking to someone about my personal business and just seriously making me feel important.I have finally after years of searching for a therapist am happy to say i found her. So highly recommend Elizabeth Tyson at the Ashland location if your looking for someone as well !! That women is a god send and deserves a raise !"
