"The lady at the front desk is a bully she is rude and has a nasty unprofessional attitude. The phones constantly ring and go to the voicemail you can never get through to someone."

"Do not go here. I suffer from chronic neck pain. I've had two surgeries so far on my neck, an ACF and a laminectomy. My latest MRI shows that there is severe compression on my spinal cord, yet again. My neurosurgeon says that it isn't bad enough to risk going back in to fix. In the meantime I have to have pain management. It took me almost three months to get in to start getting pain meds from them. I signed a contract, which is pretty standard. That's fine. As long as you take care of my pain I will do what's needed. Anyway, after asking them, at my first two visits and a couple of times over the phone, what their goal is with me, they finally told me at my third visit that their goal was to ween me off of pain meds. The doctor told me that my pain was all part of getting old. I have constant numbness in the middle and index fingers of both hands. I'm constantly dropping things. I'm facing irreversible nerve damage. And they say it's part of getting old. Why did I sign a pain management contract if you are not going to manage the pain? Seriously, these guys are terrible."
