We accept most insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare. However, we do not accept Humana or Amerihealth Medicaid. If you need help with your Medicaid application, our Community Health Workers are here to assist you. If you are uninsured or underinsured, we offer a sliding scale program based on your ability to pay.

"This place has compassion in its title? Where’s that when my friend as I type this is ihaving contractions (confirmed) trying to get in. Insurance will kick in (not because of her) . Moved from Florida to ohio. She’s high risk! And some incompetent folks stated different narratives on why or why not she couldn’t come . All have to do with insurance and money , which again would kick in but she said she would pay what she needed to . But oddly for what I found on your site and the reviews .. I wouldn’t recommend no one . Best of luck to who comes to you . But compassion shouldn’t be in your title ."
"Waited for over 45 mins for my last appointments. Noone ever answer's the phone to get a appointment or refill. Everyone just sits around while patients wait."
"During my last pregnancy I had 2 ultrasounds total. I had gestational diabetes and they tried to make me take the glucose test so many times after my levels were off after 3 times I refused. From the very beginning of my pregnancy I was measuring larger than normal and I kept telling Dr. Rush that something was off. When she took my measurements I would tell her that the baby shifted backward and she kept brushing it off.Her response was that I wasn't eating correctly, but my levels were so good I didn't have to take medication. She REPEATEDLY said I was going to have a 10lb baby without having an ultrasound to measure. I went into severe depression where I wouldn't leave my house the entire pregnancy. I went to a checkup appointment at maternal fetal medicine and got immediately induced. I measured 43 weeks at 38 weeks. I knew they were going to induce me because I knew something was wrong. I had too much fluid and my daughter had a growth restriction. She was 6lbs 1oz at 38 weeks pregnant. She was too small for premie clothes and to small to breast feed. I got my IUD put in 2 weeks after having her and that fell out last month I am COMPLETELY done with them. EDIT: I was 2 weeks pregnant when my IUD came out."
