"Worst practice!! If you have a temperature this practice will not see you in person and will only want to perform a virtual visit. How can a doctor be trusted if they do not want to see you in person, listen to you, check you out. This practice only wants to see 100% healthy patients............ please avoid them at all costs. They should be ashamed to call themselves a medical practice!!!"

"Jill in the office is the most unprofessional rude person I've ever had to speak to regarding medical. The fact that she is withholding my medical records and not forwarding them is unacceptable...when I asked to pick them up she said "don't you come here I won't have them ready" I'm incredibly happy that Dr Dickman is no longer with this office. Jill, you need a new career because you have zero empathy and you are a cruel woman. To work in medical then hold hostage our records is against the law. 5 days is more than enough time that my records should have already been sent when I originally requested. Thankfully my new office took care of this within minutes. Beware of this location."

"Very unprofessional! I was refused a rx refill because I hadn’t seen the dr in four months, but I was not asked at the previous appointment to make an appointment. I had to miss work twice because I was sick from not taking my meds. I made an appointment so I could get a prescription and when I went to my appointment they said I was no longer patient there and they had just sent a text reminder the day before. For the third time I was stuck without a refill. The medical assistant was so rude and immature. She was telling me things and making decisions without even talking to my doctor."

"About 9 years ago, my beloved GP left the area. After seeing a few duds, I worried that I would never find another GP who I trusted and liked as well. Thankfully, I found Dr Mathur 7 or so years ago. He's great. He listens to me, spends time with me and is kind and compassionate. I always feel like I am heard and respected. The staff is always kind as well."

"I don't use this practice myself but as a pharmacist, I am always impressed with the urgency they show to respond to prescription issues, especially on weekends. There isn't a better office in the area that responds to on-call situations on weekends, usually always same day Also going off a negative review previously, providers running a little late means they aren't rushing patients out of their appointments like alot of other offices do, so it's almost a positive; plan accordingly"
