"I been been attending this office for years… it would receive more stars for the providers however… Every SINGLE experience I have had with Terry at the desk over the phone has been horrid. I am ALWAYS made to feel like an inconvenience, she is rude, and she is never willing to go out of her way to do anything to find a solution to issues that arise (even ones that are simply just doing her job). I have been working in customer service for 16 years and can say I would be ashamed to ever treat someone they way she has for years. I have never left a google review but went out of my way to do so today because this has happened on occasions where I have been grieving the death of family members, and in times where everything seemed to be going wrong, and I did not need the additional stress of dealing with her to obtain the healthcare that I pay for."
