"This place helps if you actually are looking for the help they get you started on what you need for sleep depression or anxiety in my case and helped me get back on my feet. I am now getting friends to change their lives for the better hopefully and this I feel like is a good first start."

"The nurse Health, didn't want to do another admission. And barely wanted to assess my mom, she he had her "fall risk". So it would leave him less work on his shift. I asked him well what are the fall risks factors you accumulated when you assessed her. He said "she's fell before". Honestly he didn't want another admission. Or don't know how to do a fall report, be cause he's lazy. And when I got to asking him questions, he hung up on me, then told me mom I hung up, my calls kept going to voicemail. My moms there for a mental health crisis, and all you care about is a fall"

"Walk services are jokes, I came in 7:55 to hear them tell me there booked there’s no way. If someone harms them selves or others it’s Coleman’s fault. They do not take you or your mental health seriously. They honestly need to be shut down. They say there booked but all I see is them sitting at there desks getting free paychecks if you ask me. They cut off a time to be seen for mental health patients. People get kids on the bus at 8. I’m bout ready to sue for negligence honestly. You guys are a place of business why would u cut off walkins do you know how many people suffer from depression from Covid. Definitely sounds like a law suit to me. U can’t deny a mental patient to be seen peoples lives are at risk"

"Have been a regular for 2 years. My therapist left and she promised she would have someone to replace her before she had her last day and I would be taken care of. WRONG. They neglected to find me a soul. Then after not finding me anyone or calling me they sent me a letter in the mail about a month later asking if I wanted to continue services. I complained to the head nurse only to be called and left a voice mail stating I would have to perform a walk in and hope to he reassessed. I work full time so I called back and explained the situation and the operator said I would need to come in at 745 am and wait to be assessed. I've been coming here 2 years and they offer me an assessment. She then states they found me a therapist and she is new but they cannot schedule me an appointment unless I jump through their absurd hoops. In short. The only quick way to get into Coleman's is to have an episode, stay at we care, get a therapist, and then PRAY they don't leave you."

"I brought my daughter here seeking help. She was not sleeping at night , not eating, and in total despair! We had been to ER three times and they had given her enough anti-anxiety medication for five days only. They recommended that we follow up with Coleman behavioral therapy. I stressed how important it was that my daughter see someone before she ran out of medication. I was told she would be contacted before the five days were up. Here we are almost 2 months later we have not heard a word! Thank God we found different avenues, what if she were suicidal? Someone needs to be responsible to follow up!!"
