"Came in for something in my eye for couple days . Ladies were nice, she told me what she could and couldn’t do for me. She flushed my eye and did what she could. Made me feel better anyway, I’ll go to eye doctor soon. I appreciated it! She saved me an hour or so wait at least if I went anywhere else. Very convenient"

"Symptoms started for me on Saturday, and I didn’t think much of it aside from a cold or some mild virus. By Tuesday morning, I was having severe pain in my throat and ear that ibuprofen wasn’t eliminating, and heat in my ear canal. I called for a same-day appointment with the Little Clinic and got right in, which was awesome. The staff was nice and seemed attentive. The NP seemed to be a confident care provider, competent as well. However, while asking questions to her, the thought crossed my mind that her answers were things you could just Google. The only difference between her and Dr. Google was that she could test for Strep and COVID, which she did (negative results), and that she could prescribe, which she didn’t, and that didn’t ring any alarms for me at first. I asked her twice about the burning in my ear, though, wondering. She took a one or two-second look in there only to say there was definitely no ear infection and that my symptoms were likely caused by allergies (which I have never experienced) or by a virus that would clear on its own in time. I asked her about OTC solutions and went on my way. The following morning, I was worse. There was pus in my mouth from a tooth extraction wound from two weeks prior that I had told the NP about without attention from her. It became clear that the issue was an infected extraction site and that I needed antibiotics. I called over and explained how we had discussed it but not moved on it, and how it was now clear what needed to happen and asked if I could please have some antibiotics. The NP declined. She denied antibiotics. Heat in the area, clearly spreading infection from mouth to ear and throat. I could understand her feeling uncomfortable had I asked for pain medication, but I hadn’t. I could see her wanting to double check by bringing me in again, but that was not the case. She did not ask to see me again, did not try to help me further by offering solutions—she actually said, “Good luck,” to someone with an infection. Is luck good enough to clear up infections? I would recommend Dr. Google over this clinic. I gave two stars because the front office staff was helpful, but I can’t support a care provider who doesn’t provide care or even seem to care."

"Came here twice in two weeks, once for my ear infection/jaw ache, and once for my son's school physical, two different professionals assisting us. . Had a great experience both times."

"I called this little clinic inside Kroger and was told I didn't need an appointment and could just walk in. I drove 20 minutes only to be told I needed an appointment and would have to come back the next day. The receptionist told me people get told that all the time.......seems that someone would get to the bottom of this problem instead of turning off every potential customer that calls! Terrible service, don't waste your time."
