"I put one I'd like to put zero but that is not, starts off I call and ask if it's a walk-in they say yes it's a walk-in but you have to make an appointment that's fine I make the appointment I sit outside 30-40 minutes. Comes time to go in I go in speak to the doctor about a possible broken finger barely takes two glances at it says he's going to grab a splint I said no I kind of need an x-ray or proof for work quickly dismisses me and said okay I'll just send you over to radiology. For radiology I sat there another 20 minutes got an x-ray taken and I was told to be sent back to the doctor who sent me there to get results over the phone I proceeded to call said doctor office that is in the same building mind you and they tell me that it'll take a couple days for him to call me back to schedule an appointment. At this point I'm glad I don't have a broken arm that would be way worse but now I would be waiting a week to get an appointment and then when I asked to just hear my results they told me to go to er. I asked so my insurance just wasted money paying your doctor and the X-ray and the receptionist says yes"

"I brought my 5.5 month old son here on a Friday because his doctor’s office had already stopped taking walk-ins for the night. I suspected he had the flu because his 2 older brothers tested positive a few days before and he was feeling miserable. We got here at 6:45ish and at 7:25 was told that the nurse didn’t feel comfortable swabbing him for the flu because he was too young. She advised I go to the ER, make an appt at his doctors office on Monday, or take him to St. Rita’s clinic that closed at 7:30. Swabbing for the flu is a simple skill set that a nurse should have, especially at a walk in clinic during flu season. Having competent staff is a must & I will never come back here."
