"Im currently still in school right now at Hamrick completing the 600 hr program and I will say I am getting a good experience from all staff from front office to the yard instructors , maintenance and yard mechanics, Ms Hattie Ms Judy Poppa C , Courtney and ed are all very helpful and patient with students throughout this course they push you to work hard and will go above to make sure you understand what you are doing and comfortable behind the wheel. I hope I can get a chance to get out on the road a few more times with poppa c before I graduate to make sure I’m doing everything correctly from up shifting and down shifting I totally recommend this school to obtain your CDL."

"Great school. My experience may vary from others because of how I look at life. I take adversity head first and went during a time when the cdl requirements transitioned. School was more than willing to provide extra help even after my classes ended in order to ensure test was passed. If you are a motivated student anyone in this facility will go above and beyond to help you out. If you are not motivated they will still encourage you to learn. The equipment is not brand new. But it works well and clearly works good enough to train on to get your license. They have manual and automatic trucks to train on. If I could change anything about the school I wouldn’t. Is it perfect ? No. Is life perfect? No. Hamrick was great to me and if anyone is thinking of giving it a try I would say do it . This is just an honest review. I took the 600hr course so I was able to see a lot during my time. I’m more than happy with my choice"
