"Dr. James was just horrible, arguing with the nurse while performing my surgery. I was awake and bleeding, watching my blood run down my back and hit the floor, it was the worst experience ever.. Never again, should have stopped at the first visit, but I needed a blood patch and had to return.."

"RN's there are not vary welcoming. RN "Connie" was rude as ever, to a disabled veteran & his wife while she was taking me in the room to prepare for surgical procedure. She was rude with my daughter and I as well. When she came back in the room i asked for her name, and SUDDENLY things changed dramatically."

"My father has been going there for years. He is 71 years old and can barely walk. They took him off his medication because of some technicality and aren't willing to give him what he needs to be pain free. I believe the doctors are insensitive to his condition..caring more about policy than a patients well being. They think they are gods because they have the power to prescribe drugs. My father is in so much pain it saddens me to see him. On top of the fact he can't walk. This clinic could care less. We are looking into alternative doctors who actually care."

"read statement entirely. Huge regrettable mistake. I waited about five weeks for the appointment. I had to come up with proof of my severe back pain. So finally I got into the exam room. DR Mogal came in & immediately flew off the handle because I accidentally interrupted him and cancelled my appointment in less than 2 minutes. He started to say that there will be no help for me without proof. I was never asked for my proof before, so I tried to interrupt him before he made his final statement. I tried to cut in to say that I had a disc with info on it, when he flew off the handle & screamed that I did not let him talk. He also blurted out that this is why he hated people like me and grabbed his clip board and flew open the door & stated that this was over and I was done. He parked his but at a computer outside my room, where I continued calmly I might add, try to convince him that I was sorry & to start over. Begging at this point. He said nope & please leave. They did not need it, but someone even called a punk security person. I could not believe that this doctor can have such a hissey fit & end my only hope of getting help, just like that. I relented and left. A day later I got a certified letter ending our relationship. So I am now attempting to recover my 45 dollar copay. My credit card company stated that I needed to try first, but was told no by his offices. They said no refund cuz I saw the doc and I tried arguing the point to no avail. After ending the call with the money department and before she completely hanged up the phone, stated that I was an idiot to their coworker. I called back asking for that person again, but got another person who acted like she would get that person back but put another person on the line. That person asked what I wanted and so I stated that I overheard the statement and it was mean to say those things. That person I got on the return call was as cold and unforgiving a person as can be. This facility is a joke & laughable. Still moving forward on my meager disability money. They do not deserve jack. They are in the wrong business. I wonder what kind of person that I am, that the doctor hates? somebody in need of help maybe? I wonder. Avoid at all costs this facility."
