"Also giving 1 star cause 0 isn't an option. If your life's at risk PLEASE don't come here. You won't be properly evaluated, you won't get any mental health support, you will be neglected and deemined. The psychiatrist there (Dr. Ahmed Janjua) told me that what I did was a felony (suicide attempt), that I was being punished for what I did, how I was a bad mom and that he could held me up to 90 days if he wanted to and if I desagree with his decision, there was a court there and he could take me. I was truly terrified I would never get to go home, it was a very qtraumatic experience. I filed too many complaints about this and they only say "I know, I'm sorry" but they're great at Charging you almost like "I know you just tried to kill yourself, I know we neglected you, but here is your over 1,600 dlls bill for you to pay". This place should be shut down."

"If you or your loved one's life is at risk, please remove them from this facility. They do not provide mental health support. They sedate their patients, do not properly evaluate patient health after a suicide attempt and lock them in a room without resources to better their mental state. They give anti-pshycosis meds without a diagnosis and then discharge suicidal patients in less than 72 hours only to have them arrested for acts done by mental illness patients. This facility is severely neglectful and should not be in practice."

"only giving 1 because 0 isn’t an option. they are very quick at discharging people, they released me without giving me a following up medication appt like they were supposed too. they left me in my room for almost 3 days straight , barely ever checking on me like they should be. i was getting bullied by another patient every time i left my room & i told one of the doctors abt it only to be told to stay in my room then if i couldn’t handle her. i was in shock, scared for 3 days. imagine being ripped from your family only to be forced into a room with your mind for 3 days , i was on new meds ofc but they only did so much in a white room all by myself. i felt like i was going crazy, being punished for what i was feeling instead of getting help. in my 3 days there i didn’t receive not one group session, not one it was ridiculous. also not one single therapy meeting, nothing. i was deadass in my room for 3 days. i also barely ate which they also didn’t care about. the food was literally horrid. i will never go back. i do not recommend on sending loved ones here either."

"Having been here twice, I just wanted to say everyone here, from the nurses to the social workers to the doctors, psychiatrists, and even the cleaning staff are so unbelievably kind. They've saved my life without a shadow of a doubt in my mind more than once. To anyone reading this, the kindness and love you guys show to your patients means so much to me and others as well. If you're ever in crisis, don't hesitate to go here. These people are a literal godsend. I cannot give them enough praise. I love each and every one of the staff here. They made me feel safe and cared for. They have doctors and psychiatrists evaluate you every day, provide groups and fun activities, try medications to get you feeling better, and they set you up with outpatient care within a week or two of release guaranteed. I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks to y'all so much for saving my life, more than one time. Fantastic job here, I wish you all the best - Andrew"

"Also only 1 star because zero wasn't an option. Let's talk about releasing someone early against the advice of another professional and then that patient goes home just to kill themselves 6 days later. Saying that the physician and staff are Incompetent is an overstatement. Let's talk about starting someone on the highest possible dose of zoloft knowing the side effects and then furthermore, the patient tells the physician that she does not like how zoloft makes her feel, but he keeps her on it. I'm sorry that the ball was dropped mom I love you"
