"I was fully insured and I was told that the procedure was covered and then they used a non -covered anesthesiology group and never informed me of this and so I was billed for $2,000 and then they sold my bill to a collection agency. Never again."
"Do not use this group. They waited until the day before my procedure to demand my co-insurance (NOT CO-PAY) or I would have to reschedule/cancel. Also, they had not reviewed my records when I had my consultation which is unacceptable considering my DR. is a Toledo Clinic DR. Seriously, find another group."
