"Appointment was at 3pm and after sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours I asked the nurse if I was next and she said no, they were running an hr and 40mins behind. I get that things happen, but give your patients the common curiosity of knowing so you could come back in an hr or so. Waiting 2 hrs for an appointment is obnoxious!"
