"All around – a disorganized mess from the get go. I tried giving them MANY chances. Office staff is very young and more worried about discussing their plans for the upcoming weekend than doing their tasks. Insurance was provided at the very first appointment and no one input it into the system. Therefore I had to have all the bills rebilled due to their error. Due to medical assistants negligence my daughter was required to get an ultrasound on her head. “Claimed” her head grew 2 inches in under 2 weeks when really it was just measured incorrectly. I got a nice 300 + plus bill for their error. As new parent I didn’t exactly know how well visits went – I Just assumed they were always a month behind? After talking to a different physician that is NOT how that works. My daughter will be 3 months on 2/28 and has not had a 2 month well visit…. Her “2 month” well visit on 2/27 was then canceled and rescheduled for 3/9. A 2 month well visit at nearly 3.5 months old didn’t sit right with me and I decided it was past time to change physicians. I also recommend taking Dr. Gina’s advice with a grain of salt. Since birth she was persistent that tummy time must be done 15 minutes 3 times a day. We were treated like we were “ruining” her for not knowing or doing so. We were driving ourselves crazy and our daughter would nearly pass out from screaming during this. After talking to MANY friends/family/coworkers they had never heard that. It makes me VERY upset that some of those early days were so hectic from taking that advice that it seems like we didn’t get to enjoy those days as much as we should have."

"I love the doctors but the scheduling crew is always just so rude and makes you feel like you are a bother every time you call to schedule an appointment. The people answering calls and checking patients in are the face of your business and if they are rude and feel like it’s an issue you are calling then that doesn’t make the parent or patient feel like they are receiving good care or if anyone actually cares."

"If your child has any underlying health issues then this is not the place for you. If you ask for any specific tests you are pretty much told no with an attitude. The other thing I’ve experienced here with my child is they set you up with an appointment just to tell you that you need to go somewhere else. But hey I guess it’s cool because they’ve already collected there money just for showing up at there office. I really don’t have anything good to say about this place. And as someone else stated; The staff (going from the secretaries all the way to the doctors) are very unprofessional and very cocky especially if you question anything"

"The staff at Lima Memorial is outstanding. Dr Rodriguez and staff are very caring, professional and thorough in their exams, explanations and diagnosis. They understand children and parents or caregivers and take time with you listen. I’ve not experienced better care anywhere. Regina F."

"Dr. Onyemachi is AMAZING. All 4 of my daughters see her. We’ve seen other doctors and nurse practitioners in the office, all great, but Dr. O is just the best. She’s so sweet and gentle with my girls (even when they’re acting like totally lunatics) She’s truly an amazing woman. The rest of the staff is ALWAYS kind and accommodating no matter what. Highly recommend."
