"The Cleveland Clinic sent over a referral almost 2 months ago for a infusion to slow down my multiple sclerosis., and it wasn't even submitted to insurance. I never received any calls back. A Kendra who is a nurse there was involved. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this Center."
"This place used to be so welcoming and efficient. But lately the individuals giving injections have been nothing but rude and it’s slow. My experience today with whoever they had staffed was enough. I am no longer choosing this place for my injections and will be looking elsewhere. Sure, it’s 10 minutes max of your time but I would want to know I’m being treated properly for those 10 minutes. And I definitely have not been for a couple months now."
