"Absolutely useless don't even answer the phone Dayton VA answers. Been there two days in a row with absolutely no help they keep asking me questions and calling me yet the information is in my chart do you jobs people or move on in another career field this CBOC (community based out patient clinic) is not for the community at all should be shut down. I will never step foot in here again I will drive an hour and a half to Dayton if need be from now on."
"Could not for the life of me get ahold of anyone VIA phone, I called and pressed 0, waited on hold for 30 minutes; I called back, pressed 3 for enrollment services, got forwarded to Dayton, who forwarded me back to a dead number; called again pressed 2 for appointment services, waited on hold for 30 minutes. I just need to register and have not been able to."
