"Wonderful location and staff! My dog is always happy to walk through the doors and greet the Healthy Pets team. I have had consistently good service and care with them, whether it be for an annual check up, a concerning lump or a swollen paw. Every appointment has been scheduled quickly and each visit has been effective and informative. I will continue to take my doggo there as I am confident that she is in competent and caring hands at Healthy Pets of Hayden Run!!"
"My experience was very positive! They were quick, efficient and helpful. Everyone there was also very friendly and polite. I brought my cat in for a wellness check and asked if they could help remove some litter from her paws as it was stuck to her paw pads. They cleaned her paws and clipped her nails at no charge! I really appreciated everything they did. Highly recommend!"
"Dr. Rich was amazing and this is the highest level of care that I have received from any vet! He and Sarah were very welcoming and answered all.of my questions while also providing great options. I wish that I had come to Healthy Pets of Hayden Run sooner as this is the treatment and attention that all of our pets deserve in order for them to live happier and healthy lives. "Dr. Rich and Dr. Soroosh are both amazing. My kitties have seen them both and I've never had any issues. Unfortunately I saw a lot of both doctors recently as one of my cats was quite sick. Weekly visits for injections went smoothly, and office visits with the docs were never rushed or cut short. They are always happy to answer any and all questions you may have. Not to forget the other staff, the techs are always cheery and helpful and the front desk staff always greets you with a smile. Unfortunately my sick kitty did not make it, and on my next visit with my other cat I was met with nothing but heartfelt condolences from every staff member and doctor. It's never easy losing a dear friend, but Healthy Pets was with me through the whole process and I'm grateful for that. Obviously 5/5 stars and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs a Veterinarian for a pet they love."
