"Specifically for the Gastroenterology department. Super nice people, but largely inadequate care. Doctor had to push my colonoscopy back 4 hours because of a personal travel delay with less than an hours notice. Same doctor was over 30 minutes late to a tele-visit follow-up with no call or message or warning from staff. After the colonscopy, they misprescribed my medication, and it wasn't caught for nearly a month. When I called about medication questions and unpleasant side effects, their response was "well the lady who handles medications is out until Wednesday, so we can probably have her call you back Thursday." An important follow-up appointment was rescheduled nearly a month later than it was supposed to be because they had a scheduling conflict come up, with less than a weeks notice. It probably comes down to Cleveland Clinic just being greedy and not wanting to hire more staff. Every time I've been to any Cleveland Clinic location, they seem understaffed and overworked."
