"I have never written a poor review prior to today, but horrible customer service was received at this location tonight. I had scheduled a refill on a prescription that I take daily and cannot go without taking and I was given a pick up time for this evening via the automated phone system. I attempted to pick up my medication at the pick up time and there were six people waiting for pick up so I went back prior to close and was told the medication had not been filled and wouldn’t be available until tomorrow even though the pharmacy was open still and there was no body else in line for pick up. This is the pharmacy basically not wanting to fill the prescription due to being close to closing time!! I will be leaving CVS as a customer due to this!!"
