"The staff is rude. Although every one is standing around no one acknowledges patients waiting at the counter. I used this pharmacy years ago and left because of poor service. I am still!!! not satisfied. They never even bothered to post a credit of $15 to my account. I contacted corporate services and they said take it up with the local pharmacy location! How's that for any level of customer service!!!"
"Absolutely wonderful staff. Everyone is so nice. Don’t understand all of these negative reviews. If ur waiting in line too long, it’s not the pharmacies fault. They have to run certain checks before handing them out. Lol and some of you act like you’ve never had a shot before. Yes they have to stick the needle in ur arm. Yes it may get bruised and hurt. It’s not their fault ur body reacts differently to the vaccine."
"Girlfriend went to get my prescriptions, after I received a text saying they were ready for pick up. They said they had already been picked up earlier in the week. This was not the case. I called to see what was going on and was told I could not speak with a manager. When I asked about my prescriptions, they said they could fill them and have them ready in 30 minutes. I asked why they could not tell my girlfriend this, and they replied "I don't know". After getting the employees name it comes to be revealed that it was the same employee. The service is absolute junk and I will be switching to another pharmacy. I'd advise those reading this do to the same."
"I have never had a problem at this pharmacy. The staff greets me kindly and waits on me as soon as they are able. They are NOT slow and they DO go out of their way for their customers. Let some of these negative review persons try to do the pharmacy jobs, then judge them."
"Service is awful! My Husband went to pick up pills and was told they put them back come back tomorrow..He came back the next day and was told they were not ready..He asked why and they said because of the weather???Uhhh...Really...This winter has been incredibly mild...This is not the first time we have had this problem with them..I have called and asked if the prescriptions could be filled and they said Yes...When he went to pick them up they said they were not ready to be filled..This is ongoing and I know we are not the only people experiencing this..Come On..Who wants to drive to pick up pills every day!"
