"Alexis road animal has been amazing to us and all our pets. We have bright 3 dogs and 3 cats through their doors and they’ve been nothing but loving and helpful and especially during difficult times. We recently had to put our 14 year old pitbull down and the care and compassion they showed during his final moments was next level. They definitely care about every animal they comes in their doors and out their entire hearts into caring for them. Another stand out moment with them was on of our puppies we had just adopted was very ill and Alexis road said it was outside of what they could help with at that time as the puppy may have needed emergency surgery and they assisted us in getting our puppy care at a different animal hospital who had the facilities to help us. That puppy just turned 1 and is happy and healthy. They didn’t see dollar signs and try and rip us off with endless tests just to say they couldn’t help. They sacrificed making an easy buck off a distraught pet owner who was ready to do anything to help their pet and guided us to help and this realistically saved our puppy. Forever grateful for this animal hospital."
