"This was my first visit to Heidt after a not so great experience elsewhere, and every step of the process was wonderful! From booking the appointment on the phone to the staffs welcome when I arrived, to seeing the veterinarian it was all great. It was also the fastest vet visit I’ve ever experienced and rather than seeing a vet tech before the veterinarian, we immediately were seen by him. He was quick and professional and diagnosed the issue very quickly, he also then showed me how to provide the medication for the ear infection (and thank goodness because I would have done it wrong lol). I kid you not we were in and out of the office in under 20 minutes! And everyone we spoke to was SO kind"

"Such a great veterinarian office. I called yesterday for two of my kittens who have been sick, they made an appointment for them and I had them in this morning. Affordable and reasonable, super friendly to people and to my kittens, treated them well and told me what was going on. My kitties will be on the mend quickly and be healthy. I really appreciate this vets office snd will definitely bring all of my cats to this office, I really felt they know what they're doing and have compassion for animals. Thank you!! "They took cleetus in when he had a surgery at OSU and it had opened, he needed stitches FAST.. they opened up the emergency room for us & made us feel comfortable, they gave him a shot of lidocaine, and stitches and an antibacterial shot when he was done and of course treats, he has NEVER felt more comfortable with any other vet the way he did here.. they also let me stay in the room with him and that was amazing, great staff and great experience! He’s healed perfectly :))"
