"Brought my dog here for a bath and cut, got there and was not informed until after I signed the papers that the person who was taking care of her was not certified to cut. This meant I was paying $80 just for my dog to get a bath. Will not be returning due to the terrible lack of communication."
"Cancelled my dog’s grooming appointment for this week (that they just confirmed yesterday) because apparently there is no staff? How are you just going to cancel all your grooming appointments that were already scheduled? A good business would uphold the appointments already made and if you really can’t justify having a staff don’t schedule new appointments. But you SHOULD have kept the ones you already confirmed since you confirmed my appointment yesterday and now suddenly “we have no groomers what’s so ever and you any schedule anything new”. See you’re still listing grooming as an offered service though on your website so you should have taken that off immediately since it’s false advertising. Extremely mad that I’m now wasting a pto day because I have to request off work months in advance."
