McDonald's

"I came in the other night about 45 minutes before closing time and I ordered 2 large crispy chicken meals no mayo add tomato. Then requested 6 pies and 2 milk shakes. They were out of pies unless I wanted to wait “15-20” minutes (which we did and I think they were irritated that we did)and they had no shakes because the ice cream machine was down. I then received my food. I quickly realized that they did not pay attention to me while I was placing my order at all. I received “extra mayonnaise” and “no tomato”. And my French fry’s were cold and soggy. My overall experience was ridiculous. Even the cashier was rude."

"The young lady working at the drive thru this morning 2/13 @7:45 was an excellent representative of the company. She greeted us with a genuine smile and was very pleasant."

"I love this McDonald's. Seriously! They are quick and nice. They smile and the chicken nuggets are 100% how they should be made. Always hot and crunchy. The coke is just right too! I go here and not to the Cleveland Ave one. Just watch for people walking in the parking lot and lock your doors. Also, use the drive threw."

"My spouse and I have traveled all over the world and at some point have eaten McDonald's at some point in every place we've been. England, New York, Spain and tons more. I can officially give this specific McDonald's the title of absolute worst in the entire world. It's not just Canton because we've eaten at two others that were fine. This place is rough. The staff proceeded to make our order wrong 3 times and when we finally got it, it came with cold fries and the wrong drink. During all this we were treated incredibly rudely by a staff busy standing around talking about what they're doing on Friday night Then the manager comes out and I'm praying for help and she slams her hand down and says JUST TELL ME WHAT YOU ORDERED! Disgusting cold food, unsanitary restrooms and the worst staff I've ever encountered at a fast food place. We get it McDonald's.. you just don't care anymore. Well how about individually we just stop handing you money when this is the best you can do. Hire some real people here instead of a staff that stands around looking at their nails and rolling their eyes while making ignorant xenophobic comments about a woman who's survived cancer and two major accidents."

"Interesting location... you have business professionals from working in downtown Canton stopping in and then you have people from the streets of Canton. Just an interesting mix. Employees seem to work hard and take thier jobs serious. They don't put up with loitering and I saw them tell a guy just sitting to order and leave. I think that's a good thing and important because they would have lots of people just hanging out and would deter good regular customers. The food was on point. That's all."
