Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Location is open until 11pm and when I got there at 8pm they were completely out of chips, tomato salsa, and cheese. I get my order and get home and liter every thing except my son's kids quesadilla is freezing cold. I LIVE LESS THAN 5 MINUTES AWAY!!!!! I decide to just say it is what it is and dig in anyway...... meat is drier then dry, black beans are rock hard, fajita veggies not cooked just completely raw peppers and onions, and the corn salsa was literally frozen!!!! I try my hardest not to complain and be that person but the whole bowl is inedible so I get online and contact their support. I let them know what's going on and the say we'll let the restaurant know here's one entree for the inconvenience. WTAF! I'm not saying I was only looking for my money back but I mean at least comp my order I spent almost 30 dollars on our food and my son was the only one able to eat anything and it was just the small kids quesadilla because he also got rice with beans in it and corn salsa as his sides. I will never eat at this chipotle ever again!!!!!"

"I live 4 mins away from this chipotle but I have to go out of my way 95% of the time because they are ALWAYS CONSTANTLY out of vinaigrette or guac or cheese! and on top of that their scanner never works to redeem points and they’re credit card machine is also always down. While I know some of those things are out of their control the fact that I go in at normal dinner hours (between 6-7 pm) and can never get what I went there for is obviously annoying and starting to be more of an inconvenience. Y’all close at 11 so what the hell is the problem??? Those evening managers should be ashamed of themselves!!"

"Well when we arrived it was packed no problem it was dinner time. But they were serving dried up rice like we were supposed to be ok with it. A customer points it out and they get upset. And tell him he can wait for new. Then as I walk up her attitude continued like I did something. I didn't deserve that. Then was ignored when I asked for extra meat 3 times. Awful experience. Not giving full scoops felt like I was not getting my monies worth and they don't call out when they are half way empty a pan they only call out when they got one scoop left. If I was the cook I'd be pissed how are they supposed to keep up no communication."

"Have not had Chipotle in a while because the last few times I’ve gotten chipotle from other locations in the area it has been disgusting. However tonight was very good!A+ The portion size may have slightly smaller than before but at least it was edible and looked like food. And the lady didn’t throw my order at me .Thanks and based on tonight I will be back. I placed my order online."
