"The food always sucks. It doesn't change whether or not I'm going to get food from here or not but this one was exceptional. Not only were they fast with my 40 dollar freaking order but they got it all in the box and they got it all right. And the frys were still warm when I got home. This might be a first. Other than that. McDonald's your menu sucks it's old its irritating and I'm sick of looking at it. The worst thing you ever did was raise up your drink prices and I hope your pockets feel it. That's the only thing that linked me to you for so long."
"I I go in here every night for my midnight coffee's. I buy 4,3 to put in my thermos for work and one for the drive to akron..and they're always so respectful,fast,and nice. My coffee's are always ,always perfect! Tonight I got four cold coffees,I figured ill go back thrue,buy 1 hot one for the drive,and microwave the others thrue the night..the young man on 2nd shift at drive thrue,said dont need to pay,we will make it right.. I get to the window,he had 4 Hot coffees the way I like em,and dumped the old ones..I was shocked and very very happy.thought I was gonna be late.they have a good afternoon crew.!!!"
"As soon as I walked in I saw the front and back of the house clean. I looked at the people working behind the counter and they all were getting THE JOB DONE! No one was goofing around and everybody pitched in. I had two people in front of me and they were gone by the time I touched the kiosk to order. Good job y’all!"
"This is the worst McDonald's I've ever used. I ordered on the app for curbside pickup, they took a long time to bring our food out. Got home I'm missing 2 cheeseburgers, I call them and they finally tell me to come back. I drive all the way back and again I have to wait almost 20 minutes for 2 little cheeseburgers because no one remembers talking to me. I end up ordering 2 McChickens and they're gross. Slimey lettuce and super hard buns. I'm done never again will I waste my time or money here."
"just went through the drive thru on Dueber and when i tell you i always have problems here and never say anything but this is too much. there's no chicken on the sandwich i ordered. they still put the Ranch on when i said no ranch. you're job isn't that hard, if you don't like it work somewhere else instead of wasting people's time and money."
