"Apparently a lot of ppl has a bad experience here in the past but recently I've grabbed a steak and cheese with no tomato and no mushroom two times and both times it was very good and very hot, with plenty of steak. One small bit of feedback I can give is that you shouldn't be upselling twice. If you want to offer fries or a drink just do it once. I declined the fries saying "just the sandwich today" and got offered a drink. Overall it seems like this place might be back on track so I'd say give em a shot."
"The food was fine, didn’t know they charged me for large drinks ($10.50 + tax for three drinks) until I got my receipt, tried to give the cups back and ask for smaller drinks and the manager came up front and started arguing with me and said he could not refund any money and I should of asked for smaller drinks. Instead of trying to make the situation right, all he wanted to do was argue. I won’t be back to that location."
"Absolutely rudest staff I have ever encountered. Zareah was horrible. We pointed out that we were overcharged and she blamed us for not telling her when she rung us up. Threw the change at my mother. AND the order was wrong!! She retaliated by dumping a mound of salt on the fries so we couldn’t eat them. I’m absolutely disgusted."
"Overpriced and this is the service you get. Edit Well, decided to give them another chance. This time I told the girl 3 times no onions. I got onions on my Sandwich most likely because she was high as a kite and talking and Laughing to someone on the phone through her earpiece VERY unprofessional"
"The Manager working (Jim) was awesome! I had placed an online order and had ordered a shake but their machine was down. Jim was beyond kind and apologized. He recommended one of the fruit lemonades and it was so good! My food was very fresh and I truly couldn’t be upset because of Jim’s customer service. I will be back!"
